I'm not sure I follow the question.  Are you asking if a summary of
suggestions to be discussed by the Working Group could be posted after all
the comments are received?  Or are you concerned that you've missed some
suggestions?  If the former, yes, I think that would be possible.  If the
latter, only a handful of suggestions have been received so far, all of
which have appeared on the listserv.  I certainly hope those of you who
wish to support or argue with the various suggestions will pipe right up
with your insights.  We know you have them!
