Subject: Machine Repair Statistical Report
NLS is asking libraries to provide information about the
number of machine repairs coordinated by libraries during
fiscal year 1997. This information will be used in
developing the NLS machine-repair budget. Each subregional
library is asked to complete the attached form and submit a
copy to its regional library by November 14, 1997. Each
regional library should send a combined report that includes
all subregional libraries for its area to NLS by November
21, 1997.
Regional libraries may either mail the report to NLS using
the enclosed preaddressed envelope or fax it to (202) 707-
0720.
