Fellow PCCers,
        I've just examined the PCC statistics for FY97, and I think we did
really good work this year.  More than doubling the number of
bibliographic records over FY1996 is especially commendable.  An increase
of 39530 new authority records is also impressive.  We all deserve a
collective pat on the back.
