Its easier and cheaper to mine the moon and get the material into orbit...
smaller gravity well than the Earth's... and plenty of free solar energy to
use for processing it... i'd rather be there than here if it were possible...
and a telescope on the moon would be as automated and remotely controlled as
the Hubble Space Telescope and all the other telescopes that are in orbit...
