<< Try http://lcweb2.loc.gov/ammem/ndlpedu/apply/intro.html
You can also get the application in .pdf there.
Try it there, you'll have a better copy than a fax would provide.

Hi Judy, I was in the collection today working on my presentation for
Saturday and Lo and behold! I found the application. You all are so clever!
I will just show the teachers where to find it in the collection and let them
copy it. That way they get into the collection on their own. Thanks for the
URL. I will put it out too. While I am writing you, I wanted you to know
that I am planning to use the wonderful presentation on Antietam (the one you
showed me in Cincinnati) as part of my demonstration of the collection at the
workshop. I hope it all works. I have been having problems with realaudio
player so, if I can't get it to work I won't be able to use the music which
will be a real shame. The hotel where I am presenting does not have internet
access so I am working on videotaping moving through the collection. I think
it will be easier than trying to work with webbuddy or webwhacker. I will let
you know how it goes. Thanks again for responding to my e mail.
Later, Laura
