I think the old free Panorama viewer is still available at:
ftp://ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu/Web/Mosaic/Windows/v2.1.1/viewers/panofr10.exe
I'm not sure whether there are any UK sites which have it currently
available, but it doesn't take too long to download.
