EAD list subscribers:
This is a test to see if I've broken the loop that is sending
everyone two copies of every message submitted to the list.
I can't tell whose account is the culprit but it appears
to be another case of "while-I'm-away" redirect software that's
been given the list address ([log in to unmask]) instead of the
list maintenance address ([log in to unmask]). If messages get
bounced back to "[log in to unmask]", they get reposted as new messages,
with whatever new garbage in the header that they might have.
If you go on vacation and use one of these programs, be sure
it doesn't send your "while-I'm-Away" message back to the
list.
Some days I just wish this list had an "off" switch!
