I would like to publicly thank Randall Barry for his work monitoring the
EAD list -- especially in light of the extra work he had to do dealing with
the recent "kickback" problem.

This list is an important and useful service to the professional community
and it would not be here without his dedication and technical expertise.

I personally feel that my tax dollars are _very_ well used monitoring and
maintaining this list.
