Hi,
These types of records (oclc code=RWM) do not appear
in the MUMS permanent file. Yet they seem to conform to the
definitions of "LC Bibliographic Records in OCLC" (appendix IV
of the NACO participants' manual, 2nd ed.):
enc level=1 and 040$a=DLC
cat source= blank and enc level=1
yet these records from the Natl Register of Microform Masters
do not appear in MUMS. can we have a clarification?
