Philadelphia Fantastic presents Susan Casper as our fourth special
event in a series of readings by local writers of speculative
fiction--science fiction, fantasy, horror--on the fourth Friday of the
month. The Place is the CCC Gallery, at 10 North 3rd Street,
Philadelphia, PA, the time is 7:30 pm.
Susan Casper is the author of over 20 short stories that have appeared
in and magazines ranging from Asimov's to Playboy and in anthologies,
including SISTERS IN FANTASY 2, BLOOD IS NOT ENOUGH, and SHERLOCK
HOLMES IN ORBIT. Her most recent story, "A Child of Darkness" currently
appears in Blood Thirst: 100 YEARS OF VAMPIRE FICTION, edited by Leonard
Wolf. She is co-editor, with Gardner Dozois, of an anthology entitled
RIPPERS!
For those interested in the art side as well as the fiction side, the
CCC USA gallery currently features Burt Wasserman's acclaimed abstracts
in a one man show.
