Hello to all,
If I got it right, ead-encoded finding aids that are available on the
WWW, are merely static conversions of paper-based finding aids or
stored on a database. So, at each operation that modify the content
of the archive or repository, also the SGML-EAD document that
represent the encoded finding aid must be modified and the researcher
will obtain the new copy of it (or only the documents modified, if the
finding aid consist of multiple related SGML documents).
Is this right?
Thank you.
