The FEDLINK Training Program is now offering training in hypertext
markup language used on the World Wide Web.
HTML 101
Course Objective: Students completing this course will be able to
create resources and materials on the web.
Course Description: This 2-day introductory class is a primer for
producing documents in HTML, the hypertext markup language, used
on the World Wide Web. The course will cover web page standards
and design principles, HTML tags, creating hypertext links, and
using editors and validation tools. The class includes lecture,
demonstrations, and hands-on.
Target Audience: Staff members who must create HTML documents
and/or support web sites.
Course Level: Beginner
Prerequisites: World Wide Web 1
