I have two questions:
1. Does any library have either or both of these two publications, put
out by Dewey Publications, which we could borrow: Motions Practice
Before the MSPB and the EEOC by Ernest C. Hadley and Sarah S. Tuck;
and Discovery Practice Before the Merit Systems Protection Board by
Sarah S. Tuck. I do not see either title in the LLSDC General Legal
Publications Union List, and this library does not have access to OCLC.
2. There was a discussion not too long ago concerning application of
federal property disposition rules and weeding procedures. What do
you do with superceded sets of legal publications, such as Collier on
Bankruptcy 15th Edition and Moore's Federal Practice 2nd Edition. There
are complete new revised sets out, and the Book Exchange Program
does not really want donations of legal sets. Do you just toss them or
offer them to other agencies or sell the sets to used book purchasers?
Thanks for any feedback.
