So did I. Actually, I find very little of Williams' prose to be filler, or
bloat. Every character and event seems to have meaning, and while...and I
do agree...a bit of it runs on, he's organized enough that all the sinuous
plot lines are neatly tied at the end. (or at least they were, in his
other series starting with The DragonBone Chair.)
I'm waiting for Mountain of Black Glass. One wonders of the fate of Paul
Jonas, a fascinating character 'lost in the maze'....
