As I have pointed out to Mr. Castellacci in a separate communication,
the example he has provided us reflects the Beta version of EAD and not
the tag set in version 1.0 which will be available by the time of the
SAA annual meeting.
He and I will be communicating separately to review his understanding of
the <dsc> and <c> elements as they relate to the hierarchical structure
of archival descriptive information.
What is particularly exciting about Mr. Castellacci's work is the fact
that it reflects the level of international interest in EAD and the
need, clearly recognized by the EAD Working Group, to further
"internationalize" EAD.
