Michael:
<It is tricky to understand without an example
Here's a simpler example: separate sequences of series within sections
(each section begins with "Series I"). We have been accustomed to treating
the sections as separate dsc's (<dsc type="othertype"
othertype="segregated">) within a Container List. Now, we're not so sure.
The questions are:
1) Are nested dsc's appropriate for this sort of situation?
2) If not, is this formulation appropriate for the SECTION level:
<c01 level="otherlevel" otherlevel="section">
