I think that the problem is confusion that comes with SGML Author
creating another file with the extension .dcl (with a name like ead.dcl)
that is different from and in addition to the eadsgml.dcl file. This
new file would consist of the text eadsgml.dcl followed by a declaration
of the dtd you would be using and a path statement (a system identifier)
that points to its location. I will send Karen a copy of my file
separately. You could create this new file youself directly in
Notepad.
