I just put on-line a set of documents that perhaps will be useful to
understand EAD.dtd v.1

If you want the complete set of EAD.dtd HTML documents,  to use locally,
just download it from http://mmc.unam.mx:1999/eaddoc/eadall.zip
(There you will find all EAD v.1 necessary files (iso entitys, *.ent,
ead.dtd, etc.) + this HTML DTD help)

NOTA BENE:(also)
I find an error in the PUBLIC IDENTIFIER -I so sorry, if i was wrong- in
EADCHARS.ENT
 <!ENTITY % ISOlat1 PUBLIC
           "ISO 8879-1986//ENTITIES Added Latin 1//EN", etc.

All the times: appear "-" instead of ":" (8879-1996)

Then, in ISO-LAT1.ENT´s PUBLIC IDENTIFIER...:
<!-- Character entity set. Typical invocation:
     <!ENTITY % ISOlat1 PUBLIC
       "ISO 8879:1986//ENTITIES Added Latin 1//EN">
     %ISOlat1;

Something is wrong: just ":" or "-", sometimes it produces parser problems,
etc.

Nothing else.
