FLICC Meeting Announcement MA 99-12
Managing Interlibrary Loan in the New Century
This two-day program will provide ideas and direction in managing
interlibrary loan (ILL) in the next century. Learn what strategies
other libraries are using to address issues emerging from the
interlibrary loan community. Hear from experts on what it really costs
to operate interlibrary loan. How do you forge partnerships and
agreements to create efficient and effective resource sharing
environments? What is new in the copyright arena? How do you educate
your staff and end users? Learn what products are currently available
to assist you in tracking ILL costs and providing statistical reports.
