Teachers and agency partnership to create interactive learning modules.
Please checkout the www.ed.gov/free (top of the center column.) Thanks to
Dept of Education for continuing to support this program.

THE FINAL "Invitation to Federal Agencies & Federal
Organizations to Submit Proposals to Develop Internet-Based
Learning Modules & Communities" is now available online. It
is anticipated that 2 applicants will be selected for
funding.
As mentioned in the message last week, this Invitation is
much the same as the previous one (March 1998), with one
major difference:
The method of payment is more clearly defined.
Specifically, in order to be selected, an agency must be
able to pay teachers up front out of its own funds & then be
reimbursed by GSA.
If your agency is interesting in applying, you can find the
Invitation & application form on the FREE site:
http:www.ed.gov/free
Please feel free to forward this message to any colleague
who may be interested.
Questions are welcome. Have great holidays!
