nsgmls (a command line parser based in SP by James Clark) is very
good. Some (I cannot remember who) has done a user friendly
front end for SP that runs on MS windows. It allows you to
select the parsing options you want through a series of
windows/dialogs etc.
Try a search on Robin Covers SGML pages at http://www.oasis-open.org.
(Sorry I cannot be more specific that that!).
