the Library of Congress, in concert with the bibliographic utilities and
other partners, has implemented the use of the name authority data
elements as noted in the "blue pages" supplement to the USMARC Authority
Format.  For more information please visit the CPSO website at:

  Please note that the subject authority changes which were scheduled to
occur at the same time are now scheduled for mid-February.

  If you have not received the copy of the "blue pages," which was sent
to all PCC NACO participants in December, please let me know and we will
