To the best of my knowledge (which is quite extensive), that film has not
been released officially on VHS or laser (NTSC standard). Your best bet
might be contacting Forry Ackerman [(213) MOON-FAN] as someone who might
know where to locate a copy.
Speaking of "lost" SF films, the '30s film DELUGE was recently released
after an Italian copy of the film was found in some archive somewhere, and
the subtitled print is available on Englewood Entertainment SF series.
Also an early rocket story, AELITA (from the Tolstoi story) is
available on both VHS and laser, though most of the story concerns the
difficulty of an engineer in finding a decent apartment in Moscow.
