FEDLINK Serials Update FY2000

 FEDLINK basic ordering agreements for serials subscription services
are being recompeted for FY2000 forward. All members using these
agreements therefore will need to recompete their individual services,
using the Request for Quotes (RFQ) process as before.

Join us at this update to meet the subscription agents for the new
agreements, for a Q & A session about the RFQ process, and for tips on
good contract administration.

This program follows the FLICC Quarterly Membership Meeting.
