I agree the "meta-text" is the best part of the book. The bits about how
popular the aging Adolph was among fans at worldcons, for example (I think
they called him Uncle Adolph or something).
I could never figure out whether actual IRON DREAM novel within the book was
really written poorly on purpose. I assume so, but as Dennis says it's
pretty wretched reading.
