Thanks Alice, for reminding us of that. I was thinking of the case where
one is working with the items in hand but still doesn't want to upgrade
the entire record to AACR2. I don't think those rules preclude enhancing
a record for an item you have in hand just to fix headings on it.
If the item is not in hand and you want to have the heading upgraded, you
can always use the "err" error reporting command and let OCLC staff
correct it.
