This full-day workshop provides insight into the Digital Millineum Act
which applies to the delivery of distance education and other
electronic resources in the library environment.

Instructor:
Frank A. Cona, Esq. and Michael D. Palage, Esq.
Mr. Cona is an intellectual property attorney and Internet consultant.
He lectures regularly on the legal, technological, and social issues
surrounding the Internet and online systems. Mr. Palage is an
intellectual property attorney and an information technology
consultant who primarily handles trademark, copyright, Internet, and
right of publicity matters. Both he and Mr. Cona are adjunct
professors at Drexel University and both work closely with the
Business Technology Center at West Chester University and the Law
Education and Participation Program (LEAP) at Temple University Law
School.
