We are trying to scope out a project.
Database software in use--InMagic DBTextworks.
We've got to stick with it.
How do we get finding aids into it?
EAD/XML markup, then dump them in?
Or--forget the markup and just map them in?
Is there an advantge to a small institution to marking them up? Will RLIN take them?
We have the NUCMC records already in the database. Do we just link to them?

Suggestions needed.
The project manager is not EAD-compatible, so the speak [(Ken will know Robin's attitude)] so this may be a hard sell.
