Deborah, OCLC's web site briefly describes their plan to make CORC interactive with EAD and TEI. It sounds like they want to develop CORC as a "harvester," so I guess the EAD would have to exist first. You can read about it at their FAQ page, <http://www.oclc.org/corc/faq/>.
