Hi
Anyone has experience in encoding special characters (Spanish and
Portuguese)? We are using SGML in XMetal Editor. We can't use XML because
we are using an old SGML dynaweb server. We know things like we need to
attach character entity declaration on both our local documents and the
SGML system but we don't know exactly how to do it.
Any help would be appreciated!
