I just added this code in the stylesheet and it works now. Look for this code:

<!-- Process each c01.-->
<xsl:for-each select="c01">

<table width="100%">
<tr><td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td>
<td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td>
<td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td>
<td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td>
<td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td><td width="7%"> </td>
</tr>
<a><xsl:attribute name="name">series<xsl:number/>
</xsl:attribute>
</a>

Replace the last bit of code with this new code and it should work (at least it does for me.)

<a><xsl:attribute name="name">series<xsl:number/>
</xsl:attribute><xsl:text>&#160;</xsl:text>
</a>
