Netscape relies on the Mozilla engine in the back, so if mozilla supports
full XSL support, netscape 6.x will do so as well.  Mozila is an open source
movement for the web browser vertical.   Client side XSL is an emerging and
beta technology, one can only hope its gets better with time.  I would still
rely on the server side on the fly xml to xhtml conversion.

Microsoft claims to be fully XSL compliant in IE 6 once you upgrade your
msxml parser to msxml3 or msxml4.  Instructions are on their website in the
XML section.  So if your audience to the XML files are users other than
yourself, they'd have to upgrade to the latest msxml.dll in order to view
the XML ead files.
