I think Explain-Lite may be a good basis but Explain-Lite as it stands
is designed to describe Z39.50 not ZiNG. For instance its specification
of a database is via IP Address, Port and Database name, whereas for
ZiNG we only need the http end point. There may be other bits which
aren't relevant (or at least not yet) and some bits we need which are
missing etc.
