I meant to conclude: This leaves the question of whether the work you are cataloguing is the database in production, or the photographs that comprise it (if indeed this distinction can be made). It might be arguable that what you are cataloguing is the collection of images (in this case of Joe E. Blow), rather than the database that will eventually include both the images and metadata relating to them. If this is the case, then you might want to devise a title for that collection for the 670 |a, rather than citing the as-yet-unfinished database. Hope this is of some help.
