Fall OCLC Users Group Meeting

Join your colleagues on November 1 for a day-long OCLC event.  In the morning, FEDLINK staff will provide an update on OCLC cataloging services, including tips on migrating to OCLC Connexion, the new cataloging Web interface.  Tom Clareson of OCLC will speak about OCLC's new preservation and digitizing services.  In the afternoon, Linda White of the Library of Congress will present an in-depth demonstration of the joint LC/OCLC digital reference project, Question Point, which has been recently enhanced to include new application sharing capabilities.  FEDLINK staff will also provide updates on OCLC Resource Sharing, FirstSearch/Electronic Collections Online, and netLibrary.
 
The meeting is free to FEDLINK members, but registration is required.  A message announcing when online registration is open will be posted to this list soon.
