Greetings, A topic near & dear to my heart: I have the US Army Corps of Engineers' _Design Guide for Libraries_ dated Feb 1983. Chapter 10 covers Medical Libraries, but it is sparse information. [DG 1110-3-110] There are two MLA publications that are more helpful: _The Medical Library Association Guide to Managing Health Care Libraries_ edited by R. Holst & dated 2000. Chapter 8 (pages 135-169) is on Space Planning by R. Labree. Also, _Hospital Library Management_ edited by Jana Bradley, dated 1983, covers Planning Library Facilities in Chapter 16 (pages 266-293). HFPA used to have that on their web site but it's long gone & I can't raise anyone at the only phone # I have for them. The library design guide references the pub "Administrative Space Planning Criteria for Federal Hospitals" but I can't locate it (or even a source for it) anywhere. Any thoughts?
