Hi folks,

I heard at a workshop last week that when an 006 is added for the
seriality aspects of an integrating resource, that not all the bytes in
the 006 will be coded, only the four for form of material, frequency, type
of continuing resource, and entry convention. This was the first I had
heard that the entire 006 wouldn't be filled out. Is this an articulated
PCC practice somewhere? LC practice? Is there a national practice set
for this that I missed?
