The Philadelphia Fantastic authors and editors invite you to join us at Barnes and Noble Booksellers, 1805 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for another great year of science fiction, fantasy, horror and speculative fiction. Meet up-and-coming author Kate Bernheimer and hear her read from her most recent work on Friday, February 28th at 7:30 pm. Kate Bernheimer is the author of a novel, The Complete Tales of Ketzia Gold, and the editor of a collection of essays, Mirror, Mirror on the Wall: Women Writers Explore Their Favorite Fairy Tales, for which she was recently named a Finalist for the Oregon Book Award. Welcome Kate Bernheimer to her first Philadelphia Fantastic appearance as she reads and discusses her work, then join us for our traditional post-reading snack-hunt.
