Ingenta Spring Workshop at the Library of Congress

    Program Overview:
    In collaboration with FEDLINK and the Library of Congress, Ingenta is pleased to offer   
    two, free, regional workshop sessions to libraries this spring. 
    Each workshop will provide an overview of Ingenta’s online library services, including the customer   
    perspective. We invite you to learn how these services may enhance your library’s current research   
    offerings, as well as aid in the administration of your programs. 
    Specific product training focus will be given to:
The Ingenta Customized Library Gateway
Learn the basics of the Ingenta Gateway from a current customer,
including how to:
-Utilize the Gateway’s customization features
-Take full advantage of the administration module
-Search Ingenta’s databases
-Access online documents and purchase individual articles
-Segment and track costs using cost centers, statistics report and deposit accounts
Ingenta Email Alerting Services
Provide your researchers and faculty with the specific current research
they require.
Learn about the features and functionality of Ingenta's:
-Electronic-only alerts
-Table of Contents and search Alerts
-Table of Contents Redistribution Service
    Each session will combine online demonstration, presentation, as well as ample time for Q&A.
