I've just been informed that the Sheraton University City Hotel will be booking a rescheduled conference from another city at the same time as ARSC, so if you miss the Sunday room reservation deadline at the Sheraton, there may not be sufficient rooms available for late registrants. To make your reservations, please call the Sheraton directly at 877-459-1146 and tell them you will be attending the ARSC conference in order to receive the special rate ($129 single/double). Please help to support ARSC by registering at the official conference hotel if at all possible. Conference costs are based on the assumption that we will fill our room block, thus insuring extra perks such as free use of the banquet facilities. Low cost rooms at the Harwell House on the U Penn campus are also provided as a service to our members, and may be reserved by calling Penn Conference Services directly at 877-454-7366, from 9-5 EST Monday-Friday.
