For those of you using the GPO binding contract for agencies in the Washington, DC area, and didn't know this... A FEDLINK member discovered that if you don't specifically establish it in your profile, fasteners used to hold materials in transit to the bindery may not be returned to you. By the way, the new binding contract has been posted to the GPO web site, and a synopsis is available on FedBizOpps. An award is expected mid-summer.
