The additions for citations are in the changes for the next release. Sorry
about the delay. I know I keep saying it's coming. I will be posting
something within the next few days about a draft schema up for
review. This will include the changes for citation data. During the review
period it would be useful for those who might use it to attempt to code
some of their data using the proposed elements in order to provide
feedback.
