My case in point:  As you can see, I posted this prior email at 11:02 A.M., and it just finally came up on ARSCLIST at 6:44 P.M., California time.

I'm finding that when people post to the ARSCLIST, I see a real delay
in them coming up on my computer. Don's post below was supposedly sent
this morning at 8:13 A.M., and I only received it at about 6:40 P.M.
PST. Does anybody know why the delay?

That would be 8.15 am British Summer Time. I received your message at
9.44
