That makes sense.

Problem is, the area where Eliot can best contribute -- indeed maybe
the only area he's interested in -- is making sure SRW and CQL are
general enough to handle non-bibliographic applications such as GEO.
And I imagine we'd want that kind of stuff sorted on the first day so
our conclusions can influence v1.1.

I dont know.  It's tricky.
