I am requesting information from libraries that handle their agency's publications, particularly:

 whether or not you submit the GPO Form 3868 "Notification of Intent to Publish" or have other methods to notify GPO?
do you house agency's materials within your library? if so, by sudocs? as a separate collection? or by some other organizational method?

For those who respond, if  I also could have your opinions (pro/con) on the methods you employ or employed in the past.
