You can do subject name/title entries in MODS with something like this: <subject> <name type="personal" authority="lcsh"> <namePart>Beethoven....</namePart> </name> <titleInfo> <title>Symphony...</title> </titleInfo> </subject> I can see where it could be tricky getting all of the music subfields in the right place, but essentially all of the name subfields go into the <name> section, and all of the title subfields go into the <titleInfo> section.
