In most cases I do not expect that server choice is actually server
choice but that server choice corresponds to "the most obvious as
expected by the user". A distinction between cql.title and server's
choice title - being for example dc.title - would require that you are
able to explain the difference between both. I do not expect that users
and client applications want to make the distinction between different
types of title.
