"track sheets and session notes" usually encompass any written docs with recordings... whether from the producer, engineer, musician lists, etc. here is a link to current doc formatting (as developed by NARAS, Grammy.com, and the Producers & Engineers Wing). it is an in-depth document that includes all of what you've mentioned, and more, as it applies to recording of any media, but specifically including digital too... highly recommended. http://grammy.com/pe_wing/guidelines/DeliveryRecs.pdf
