DUTIES:

Provides information about FLICC/FEDLINK program, OCLC and other
library services such as electronic retrieval services, publications
acquisitions vendors and preservation services, to groups and
individuals in federal agencies and FEDLINK partner companies.

Provides training on OCLC, the internet and other library services to
staff within federal libraries at the FEDLINK training facility, at
regional locations, and at individual member locations around the world.


Organizes and analyzes specialized information in order to evaluate,
select and recommend procedures and services.

Writes and edits a variety of documents and reports.
