Operations Alert No. 04-07 DATE : December 7, 2004 TO : Network Libraries FROM : Don Smith Subject : Telex E-1 Warranty At the end of December 2004, all warranties on E-1 units repaired by Telex will expire. MLAs should ship E-1 units that are under warranty and need repair to arrive at Telex before the close of business December 31, 2004. Eligible E-1 units can be identified by a TELEX REPAIR sticker with a warranty expiration date of 12/04 on the back of the machine. Do not send E-1 units to Telex for any reason after December 31, 2004. E-1 units arriving after this date will be returned to you. This notice applies ONLY to Telex-repaired E-1 Machines.
